用途與簡介/Purpose and introduction：

NLGF型西林瓶粉針洗烘分裝軋蓋貼標聯(lián)動線 由QCL系列立式超聲波洗瓶機、ASMR隧道式熱風循環(huán)滅菌烘箱、NFFGX系列數(shù)控螺桿粉劑分裝機、NL-50軋蓋機、NLWTB-120貼標機組成，也可單機使用。適合于7-25ml規(guī)格的西林瓶粉針的生產(chǎn)。能完成噴淋注水、超聲波粗洗、瓶外壁水沖洗、瓶內(nèi)壁連續(xù)二次循環(huán)水沖洗、一次吹氣、一次新鮮水沖洗、連續(xù)二次吹氣、瓶外壁吹氣、清洗、預熱、烘干滅菌去熱原、冷卻、分裝、加塞、軋蓋、貼標等二十多道工序。

◆洗瓶機采用機械手夾瓶，適用多種規(guī)格的西林瓶；
