一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
物料進(jìn)入粉碎室,在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的活動(dòng)齒盤與固定齒盤間受齒的沖擊、剪切、摩擦及物料間的相互撞擊的作用下被粉碎,經(jīng)篩網(wǎng)篩選后即成為所需的粉料,粒度大小通過更換不同孔徑的網(wǎng)篩獲得。
本機(jī)適用于農(nóng)藥、化工、農(nóng)藥、食品及糧食等行業(yè),用途極為廣泛。
The materials are pulverized under the compact, shearing and friction between the moving tooth disc rotating at high speed and fixed tooth disc, and mutual compact between the materials, and screened by the screen to obtain the required powder materials. 2.腔室外殼體設(shè)計(jì)為夾套水冷卻,防止物料在粉碎過程中生熱而導(dǎo)致高溫破壞作用。
3.高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的軸系采用風(fēng)冷散熱設(shè)計(jì),有效冷卻保護(hù)軸系潤滑及使用壽命。

2. The shell of chamber is designed as jacket for water cooling to prevent the high-temperature damage due to heating during the pulverizing.
3. The shaft operating at high speed is designed for air cooling and head dispassion to effectively cool and protect the shafting lubrication and ensure the service life.
