一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
物料在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的動(dòng)齒與特殊葉形結(jié)構(gòu)的定齒剪切力與碰撞力、摩擦力綜合作用下物料發(fā)生破碎與細(xì)化。在氣流帶動(dòng)下細(xì)粉經(jīng)旋風(fēng)分離器進(jìn)行氣固分離而收集下來,尾氣經(jīng)布袋過濾凈化回收后排放。廣泛運(yùn)用于制藥、中藥材粉碎,食品、化工、飼料、農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品等的粉碎。
The materials are pulverized and refined under the comprehensive actions of shearing force, impact force and friction generated by moving tooth rotating at high speed and fixed tooth with special leaf-shaped structure. The fine powders is collected after being separated for gas and solid in the cyclone separator under the action of air flow, and the exhaust gas is discharged after being purified in the bag filter. It is widely applied in the pulverizing ofpharmaceutical and traditional Chinese medicinal materials, food, chemical, feed and agricultural and sideline products.
二、特點(diǎn) Characteristics
1. 物料在大量空氣冷卻下進(jìn)行粉碎。物料不會(huì)發(fā)生過熱現(xiàn)象。
2. 物料整個(gè)粉碎過程不需篩網(wǎng)過濾,連續(xù)進(jìn)行粉碎。
3. 整個(gè)過程均在密閉系統(tǒng)內(nèi)完成,無大量粉塵污染。

2. The screening and filtering are not required during the whole pulverizing process, resulting in continuous pulverizing.
3. The whole process is completed in the sealed system with little dust pollution.
