VF系列渦街流量計（旋渦型）是根據(jù)卡門旋渦原理，采用的微功耗處理器和頻譜分析的方法采集數(shù)據(jù)及*的流量儀表制造工藝技術，成功開發(fā)出智能機電一體化的新型渦街流量計。儀表常數(shù)穩(wěn)定，測量范圍廣，壓力損失小，安裝及使用維護方面簡單、經(jīng)濟。特別是解決了耐高溫、抗振動、微功耗等關鍵性問題。廣泛應用于封閉管道中蒸汽、氣體和液體介質(zhì)的質(zhì)量流量和體積流量的計量。

▲ 測量氣體流量時,若被測氣體中含有少量的液體,流量計應安裝在管線的較高處.
When the flowmeter is used to measure gas flow,if there is small amount of liquid in the gas,the flowmeter shall be installed at the higher position of the pipeline.
▲ 測量液體流量時,若被測液體中含有少量的氣體,流量計應安裝在管線的較低處
When the flowmeter is used to measure liquid flow,if there is small amount of gas in the liquid,the flowmeter shall be installed at the lower position of the pipeline.
■ 流量計在垂直管道的安裝

▲ 測量氣體流量時,流量計可以安裝在垂直管道上,流向不限.
When the flowmeter is used to measure gas flow,the flowmeter can be installed on the vertical pipelineａnd the flow direction is not limited.
▲ 若被測氣體中含有少量的液體,氣體流向應由上而下.
if there is small amount of liquid in the measured gas, the gas shall flow upwardly from the lower position.

■ 流量計和顯示儀運行前的準備工作
Preparation before the operation of flowmeter and display meter.
▲ 仔細檢查流量計的安裝,接線等是否正確無誤.
▲ 接通顯示儀電源,觀察顯示儀是否有流量顯示.
▲ 緩慢打開閥門,到一個較小壓力時停止,觀察傳感器周圍是否有泄露現(xiàn)象,并觀察顯示儀是否有流量顯示
▲ .若情況正常,開大閥門,穩(wěn)定一段時間后,觀察儀表顯示的流量是否正常.

▲ Connect with the power supply of the display meter,ａnd observe whether there is flow display on the display meter.
▲ Open the value slowly and stop when the pressure is relatively low.Observe whether there is leakage around the sensor,ａnd observe whether there is flow display on the display meter.
▲ If they are in normal condition,further open the value,ａnd after it is stabilized for a while,observe whether the flow displayed on the meter is normal.

在流體中設置非流線型旋渦發(fā)生體（阻流體），則從旋渦發(fā)生體兩側交替地產(chǎn)生兩列有規(guī)則的旋渦，這種旋渦稱為卡曼渦街，旋渦列在旋渦發(fā)生體下游非對稱地排列。設旋渦的發(fā)生頻率為f，被測介質(zhì)來流的平均速度為V，旋渦發(fā)生體迎流面寬度為d，表體通徑為D，根據(jù)卡曼渦街原理，有如下關系式:
