- 進口呼吸閥概述
呼吸閥類似于單向止逆閥，它只能向外呼氣，不能向內(nèi)吸氣，當(dāng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)壓力升高時，氣體便經(jīng)過呼吸閥向外放空，保證系統(tǒng)的壓力恒定。一般它被用在常壓或低壓貯罐上。焦炭塔的呼吸閥有兩個用處：一、放水時，吸氣，以利塔內(nèi)存水順利放出；二、呼氣，蒸汽趕空氣時，用以放凈空氣，脫水放汽時，用以檢查塔內(nèi)是否為正壓。呼吸閥是用于安裝原油、汽油、煤油、輕柴油、芳烴等固定頂式儲罐上的主要安全設(shè)備，是起蒸發(fā)損耗與保護儲罐在受超壓或 真空時免遭破壞的作用。此閥通常與阻火器配套使用。當(dāng)外界大氣壓力大于罐內(nèi)壓力時 就會往罐內(nèi)補氣 從而達到內(nèi)外壓力的平衡。呼吸閥是固定在儲罐頂上的通風(fēng)裝置，以保證罐內(nèi)壓力的正常狀態(tài)，防止罐內(nèi)超壓或真空使儲罐遭受損壞，也可減少罐內(nèi)液體揮發(fā)損失。根據(jù)中國《石油化工設(shè)計防火規(guī)范》（GB50160-92）的規(guī)定：“甲、乙類液體的固定頂罐，應(yīng)設(shè)阻火器和呼吸閥”，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕、通風(fēng)量大、泄露小等優(yōu)點。產(chǎn)品有單呼閥、單吸閥、呼吸閥，各種結(jié)構(gòu)型式均可與阻火器組合構(gòu)造，也可配制所需的接管。
