混合泵的吸入口可以利用負(fù)壓作用吸入氣體,所以無需采用空氣壓縮機(jī)和大氣噴射器。高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的泵葉輪將液體與氣體混合攪拌,所以無需攪拌器和混合器。由于泵內(nèi)的加壓混合,氣體與液體充分溶解。所以無需大型加壓溶氣罐或昂貴的反應(yīng)塔即可制取高度溶解液。氣液比約為1:9(吸氣量為8-10%),串聯(lián)使用可以增加吸氣量。一臺氣液混合泵即可進(jìn)行氣液吸引、混合、溶解并直接將高度溶解液送至使用點(diǎn)。過泵流量 1-50 M3/H;處理水量1-150 M3/H 。因此,使用氣液混合泵,可以提高溶氣液制取效率、簡化制取裝置、節(jié)省場地、大幅降低初次投資、節(jié)省運(yùn)行成本及維護(hù)費(fèi)用。
