脈沖袋式除塵器Pulse bag filter
處理風(fēng)量大、占地面積小、凈化效率高、工作可靠、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、維修量小等特點,除塵效率達到99.5%以上。
設(shè)備正常工作時,含塵氣體由進風(fēng)口進入灰斗后,由于斷面積突然擴大,流速降低,氣流中一部分顆粒粗、密度大的塵粒在重力作用下,在灰斗內(nèi)沉降下來落入灰斗,其余大部分塵粒隨氣流上升進入布袋室,經(jīng)布袋過濾后,塵粒被滯留在濾袋的外側(cè),過濾凈化后的氣體由濾袋內(nèi)部進入上箱體,再由閥板孔、排風(fēng)口排入大氣,從而達到除塵的目的。
隨著過濾的不斷進行,除塵器阻力也隨之上升,當(dāng)阻力達到一定值時,清灰控制器向脈沖電磁閥發(fā)出清灰信號,脈沖閥把清灰的高壓逆向氣流送入袋內(nèi),濾袋迅速鼓脹,并產(chǎn)生強烈抖動,導(dǎo)致濾袋外側(cè)的粉塵抖落進入斗法,達到清灰的目的。

When the equipment is in normal operation, after the dust containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, due to the sudden expansion of the sectional area and the decrease of the flow rate, part of the dust particles with coarse particles and high density in the air flow settle down in the ash hopper and fall into the ash hopper under the action of gravity, and most of the rest of the dust particles enter the bag room with the rise of the air flow. After the bag filtration, the dust particles are detained on the outside of the filter bag. After the filtration and purification The gas enters the upper box body from the inside of the filter bag, and then is discharged into the atmosphere from the valve plate hole and the air outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
With the continuous filtration, the resistance of the dust remover also rises. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the dust removal controller sends a dust removal signal to the pulse solenoid valve, which sends the high-pressure reverse air flow of the dust removal into the bag. The bag expands rapidly and produces strong shaking, which causes the dust outside the bag to shake off and enter the bucket method, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
