科爾庭噴射泵噴嘴構(gòu)造原理
科爾庭的噴射泵是多功能的,可以被用于許多不同應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。這些噴射泵可以在無機(jī)械動力的情況下操作,液體或氣體動力介質(zhì)作為能量載體產(chǎn)生泵作用。應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域和動力介質(zhì)決定了流動截面壓型。

冷卻裝置
蒸汽噴射冷卻系統(tǒng)根據(jù)閃蒸原理運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),用作經(jīng)濟(jì)的液體冷卻,例如:產(chǎn)生低至零點(diǎn)的冰水。
科爾庭蒸汽噴射冷卻系統(tǒng)相對于普通FCKW-冷卻系統(tǒng)來說是環(huán)保友好的選擇。

絲光處理廢堿液回收裝置
蒸發(fā)裝置根據(jù)自然循環(huán)原理運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。在所有安裝有整理過程,特別是棉纖維及含棉纖維絲光處理過程的紡織廠里,絲光處理機(jī)產(chǎn)生了稀堿液。如果堿液未能回收,廢水成本將增加,許多公司被迫進(jìn)行昂貴的中和處理。

These products feature high true running accuracy of the rotating shaft. A high precision anti-friction bearing, causes extremely low starting and drag torques. Simulators & Lab equipment
The desired mechanical properties of rolled sheet are achieved by determining the chemical characteristics of the base material, by the pass schedule during rolling and by heat treatment after cold rolling.
In order to adjust the optimum treatment parameters for the material to be treated, the effects of pass schedules as well as temperature and time changes on the mechanical and physical properties of the material must first be precisely examined. In order to avoid the extremely high expenses of doing this during regular production operations, so-called simulators have been developed for rapid evaluation of the relationships between the heat treatment process, the pass schedule and material properties. This evaluation must be carried out under conditions very similar to those prevailing during regular production operations.
The simulators in the laboratory make it possible with the help of pass schedules in the rolling mill and temperature curves from the annealing furnace to re-create the temperature gradients in individual portions of the annealing furnace. This saves an enormous amount of time and money in development and quality assurance.
