壓力噴霧
一、工作原理與應(yīng)用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
溶液或懸浮液、漿料等經(jīng)過(guò)高壓泵將料液壓至2-20MPa送入霧化器將料液噴成霧狀,然后與順(逆)流的熱空氣充分進(jìn)行熱交換從而達(dá)到快速干燥之目的,廣泛適用于大批量(小時(shí)產(chǎn)量可達(dá)幾十噸)的物料快速瞬間脫水干燥。
Solution or suspension, sizing agent, etc. are pressurized by the high pressure pump at 2-20MPa and sent into the atomizer, which spays the feed liquid into vapor. Then, the vapor will fully conduct heat exchange with the downstream (upstream) hot air, achieving the purpose of rapid drying. It is widely applied in rapid and constant dehydration and drying of large batches of materials (scores of tons in a hour).
二、特點(diǎn)Characteristics
1.壓力噴干出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品相對(duì)離心噴干出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品粒徑粗、產(chǎn)品的堆密度大。
2.小時(shí)產(chǎn)量大,采用多噴頭可實(shí)現(xiàn)小時(shí)產(chǎn)量十幾噸甚至幾十噸。
3.干燥速度快,料液經(jīng)霧化后表面積大大增加,在熱風(fēng)氣流中瞬間就可蒸發(fā)95%-98%的水份,完成干燥的時(shí)間僅需十幾秒到數(shù)十秒,特別適用于熱敏性物料的干燥。
4.所得產(chǎn)品為球狀顆粒,粒度均勻,流動(dòng)性好,溶解性好,產(chǎn)品純度高,質(zhì)量好。
5.使用范圍廣,根據(jù)物料的特性,可以用熱風(fēng)干燥,也可以用冷風(fēng)造粒,對(duì)物料的適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。
6.操作簡(jiǎn)單穩(wěn)定,控制方便,容易實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化作業(yè)。
1. The particle size and bulk density of products spray-dried under pressure are larger than those spray-dried in a centrifugal way.
2. The application of multiple nozzles can realize the hourly output of over ten and even scores of tons.
3. The drying speed is fast. After atomization, the superficial area of feed liquid will be increased largely. 95%-98% of moisture can be evaporated instantly in the hot air flow. The time for completing drying takes only over ten to scores of seconds. It is particularly applicable to the drying of heat sensitive materials.
4. The products are epigranular spherical particles with good mobility, solubleness and quality and high purity.
5. It has a large scope of application. Depending on the characteristics of materials, it can be used for hot air drying and cold air pelleting and is strongly adaptable to materials.
6. The operation is simple, stable and easy to control, and automated operation can be achieved easily.
