▲ 冷水機(jī)組的選用應(yīng)根據(jù)冷負(fù)荷及用途來(lái)考慮。對(duì)于低負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)工況時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)的制冷系統(tǒng),宜選用多機(jī)頭活塞式壓縮機(jī)組或螺桿式壓縮機(jī)組,便于調(diào)節(jié)和節(jié)能。
▲ 選用冷水機(jī)組時(shí),優(yōu)先考慮性能系數(shù)值較高的機(jī)組。根據(jù)資料統(tǒng)計(jì),一般冷水機(jī)組全年在*負(fù)荷下運(yùn)行時(shí)間約占總運(yùn)行時(shí)間的1/4以下??傔\(yùn) 行時(shí)間內(nèi)*、75%、50%、25%負(fù)荷的運(yùn)行時(shí)間比例大致為2.3%、41.5%、46.1%、10.1%。因此,在選用冷水機(jī)組時(shí)應(yīng)優(yōu)先考慮效率曲線比較平坦的機(jī)型。同時(shí),在設(shè)計(jì)選用時(shí)應(yīng)考慮冷水機(jī)組負(fù)荷的調(diào)節(jié)范圍。多機(jī)頭螺桿式冷水機(jī)組部分負(fù)荷性能優(yōu)良,可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況選用。
▲ 選用冷水機(jī)組時(shí),應(yīng)注意名義工況的條件。冷水機(jī)組的 實(shí)際產(chǎn)冷量與下列因素有關(guān):
A)冷水出水溫度和流量;
B)冷卻水的進(jìn)水溫度、流量以及污垢系數(shù)。
▲ 選用冷水機(jī)組時(shí),應(yīng)注意該型號(hào)機(jī)組的正常工作范圍,主要是主電機(jī)的電流限值是名義工況下的軸功率的電流值。
▲ 在設(shè)計(jì)選用中應(yīng)注意:在名義工況流量下,冷水的出口溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)15℃,風(fēng)冷機(jī)組室外干球溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)43℃。若必須超過(guò)上述范圍時(shí),應(yīng)了解壓縮機(jī)的使用范圍是否允許,所配主電機(jī)的功率是否足夠。
