用途與簡(jiǎn)介：
本生產(chǎn)線由全自動(dòng)理瓶機(jī)、滾筒式洗瓶機(jī)、滅菌干燥機(jī)、眼藥水灌裝旋蓋機(jī)、立式貼標(biāo)機(jī)組成，可完成理瓶、水、氣的清洗、烘干及臭氧消毒、灌裝、加塞、旋蓋、貼標(biāo)等工序，主要用于眼藥水及其他小劑量溶液的聯(lián)線生產(chǎn)，也可單機(jī)獨(dú)立使用。*符合GMP要求。
Brief Introduction：
This production line consist of Automatic Bottle Unscrambler, Bottle Washing Machine, Tunnel Type Sterilization Drier, eyedrop filling machine, Vertical Labeling machine, can complete bottle sorting, water,ａnd gas cleaning, drying and ozone disinfection, filling, plugging, capping, labeling, mainly used in eyedrops and other small doses of solution, also can be used single independently. Meet the GMP requirement.

v 眼藥水灌裝旋蓋機(jī)已是我公司的第三代產(chǎn)品，人機(jī)界面控制，蠕動(dòng)泵灌裝，由真空吸機(jī)械手代替氣缸更好的打塞，保證了穩(wěn)定性和合格率。采用恒扭矩旋蓋，具有無(wú)瓶不灌裝、無(wú)塞不上蓋，無(wú)瓶無(wú)塞可自動(dòng)停機(jī)的功能。

5.eyedrop filling capping machine is a third generation product, human-machine interface operation, filling by peristaltic pump, replace air cylinder with vacuum drived manipulator for plugging, aquire higherstability and percent of pass. Constant torquecap screwing. No bottle no filling, no plug no capping and automatically stop if cap and plug is under-supply.
